Rosie has led and scaled the Marketing and Communications function at Apex Group Ltd since 2014, as it has transitioned from a mid-sized fund administrator to a global financial services provider with 12,000 employees, 80 offices and over $3trn in assets serviced. She is a member of the Executive Committee and runs a centralised global team, responsible for all internal and external marketing, communications and CSR for the Group and its sub-brands. Rosie is passionate about driving diversity of thought and improving the gender balance in financial services and is a leading voice on the topic in the industry. She is also described as a ‘prominent Fintech CMO’, regularly interviewed on popular Marketing podcasts. Rosie is Founder of the Women’s Accelerator Network, a Board Director for the Apex Foundation, member of the Apex Group’s Sustainability Committee and Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Council, a Chartered Marketer and member of the Forbes Communications Council.
